the last battle of the 1st round

As Willow lay near defeated on the dueling field, Alastor let out a dark chuckle. He reveled in his victory over the young girls elf deck and relished the fear in the eyes of the spectators.

But just as he was about to claim his victory, something unexpected happened. With a flick of her wrist, Willow pulled out a hidden card from her deck that she had been saving for just such an occasion.

The card unleashed a powerful burst of energy that engulfed Alastor's demons, banishing them back to the underworld from whence they came. And with a final blow, Willow emerged victorious.

As the crowd erupted into cheers and applause, Alastor let out a laugh. The smoke started to clear and his monster was still on the field. He had countered the spell with a single card. Willow begins to cry knowing she had been defeated.

But one thing was for sure - the tournament was far from over, and thebattles were only going to get more intense from here on out.
